MANHATTAN, N.Y. (April 3, 2019) – ATSG, a tech-enabled managed services and solutions company, today announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously chosen Anthony J. D’Ambrosi as the organization’s next Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. D’Ambrosi, who currently serves as ATSG’s president, will succeed Frank Scanga, the company’s founder and current CEO. Scanga will continue to serve as Executive Chairman of the Board.

Prior to his role as CEO, D’Ambrosi served as President for ATSG. During his tenure with ATSG, the company has experienced tremendous growth, both organically and through key mergers and acquisitions, with a tech-enablement strategy that D’Ambrosi was responsible for driving. D’Ambrosi previously has held several senior positions with CIBER, Deutsche Telekom T-Systems, ACS and HP. D’Ambrosi grew up in New York and holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from Hofstra University.
