Chief Executive Officer
Axispoint Technology Solutions Group is led by Frank Scanga. Under Frank’s direction, ATSG is focused on creating strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing, cost-effect technology solutions that must positively impact our client’s business. Frank leads his team with a devotion to customer service, a dedication to hard work and always having personal integrity. He fosters an environment of collaboration, self-improvement and growth in his team, knowing that will translate into superb service for his clients.
Prior to founding ATSG, Frank founded and led the IT Services Group of Axispoint. There he built a highly successful practice which comprised over half of the company’s revenue. Frank was responsible for helping drive growth through specific business development initiatives and a dedicated strategic alliance program. He employed his practice of partnering with the best technology manufacturers and to help drive growth and he utilizes the same philosophy today.
Prior to Axispoint, Frank owned a computer consulting company focused which designed and created LAN and WAN solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. Frank started his career as a technology project manager and systems engineer at the New York Botanical Garden, AIG and MTI Systems Corporation. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Fordham University.
Anthony J. D’Ambrosi
Mr. D’Ambrosi is a dynamic senior executive with over twenty-five years of diverse business experience in the Information Technology, Business Services and Outsourcing industries. As President of ATSG, Mr. D’Ambrosi will lead the company’s mission to offer clients Technology Solutions as a Service through ATSG’s comprehensive portfolio, known as rediCloud, rediTech and rediManage.
Mr. D’Ambrosi is often considered an industry thought leader on Digital Transformation and Tech-Enabled Managed Services. His executive leadership experience broadly spans global enterprises, as well as domestic middle-market ventures, with extraordinary market-facing skills and acumen. He has led the success of a multitude of business models to achieve industry recognition, client loyalty and business growth, both organically and through strategic acquisitions. Previously, as President of Bell Techlogix, Mr. D’Ambrosi was responsible for all company business operations, as well as the company’s mission as an IT Service provider to both the commercial and public sector markets; achieving industry-wide recognition in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Workplace Services.
Throughout his career, Mr. D’Ambrosi has played a key role in building and growing global technology enabled business operations. While at CIBER, Inc., he was Global Chief Operating Officer of the IT Outsourcing division leading all ITO business development, technology practices and service delivery operations. Mr. D’Ambrosi has also held senior executive positions at Deutsche Telekom T-Systems, as Chief Operating Officer of the Americas Region and at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), as Global Head of Sales and Marketing for its IT Outsourcing division. Mr. D’Ambrosi spent the early years of his career in global business management at Hewlett Packard.
Mr. D’Ambrosi is a graduate of Hofstra University with Degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science and has been a regular public speaker regarding the early adoption and implementation of leading-edge technology solutions.
Chief Financial Officer
Ronald Zampolin is a senior finance executive with over 20 years experience in investment banking, private equity and financial management and has been involved in over 100 transactions in the technology sector covering software, IT services, data infrastructure and Internet companies. Ron’s experience includes private and public equity and debt capital raising, IPOs and mergers and acquisitions.
Ron was recently the CFO of IDSS Holdings, a developer and integrator of advanced imaging technology for security applications. Prior to IDSS, Ron was a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald where he was responsible for the firm’s technology media and telecom banking efforts. Prior to Cantor, Ron was a Partner and member of the investment committee for Southfield Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Previously, Ron was a Managing Director in Credit Suisse’s Technology investment Banking Group where he was responsible for coverage of security software and data services companies. Ron transitioned to Credit Suisse from DLJ and started his investment-banking career at Kidder Peabody. During his career, Ron has raised over $10 billion for technology and communications companies and has worked on over $8 billion of strategic advisory and M&A assignments. Ron received an MBA from Columbia University where he graduated with honors and graduated with distinction from the University of Rochester with a BS in Physics and MS in Optical Engineering.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer for ATSG, Mrs. Kubycheck is responsible for building Omni-channel brand marketing strategies and overseeing execution of marketing and communications initiatives to drive profitable growth. Mrs. Kubycheck brings over 16 years of executive leadership and management for corporate global marketing and communications experience to her role across a full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels, including digital, mobile and social media platforms.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Kubycheck has played a key role in developing international and domestic marketing, communications, analyst and advisor relationships and sales support road maps for Global 2000 public companies.
In prior leadership roles, Mrs. Kubycheck has held senior positions at CIBER, Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), and Deutsche Telekom T-Systems. Mrs. Kubycheck holds a MBA with a concentration in marketing from Lewis University and a Bachelors of Arts from Elmhurst College.
James Oliverio joins ATSG as Vice President with over 30 years’ experience in delivering information technology solutions and services. As he put it ‘I’ve been in the business of providing IT Uptime my entire career”.
Prior to joining ATSG, James was a founding member of a Managed Services Provider, Another 9 LLC, which specialized in “Advancing Business Uptime” though diligent, proactive management and protection of IT systems. Before merging into Another 9, Mr. Oliverio founded IdeaBox, a firm specializing in the delivery of innovative information technology products and services to the financial services industry. Previously, James was Managing Director Global Head of Corporate Finance IT for UBS Warburg. His responsibilities included strategic planning, recruitment, resource management and the delivery and support of applications both for back and front office operations. Before UBS, James was Managing Director CTO of Credit Suisse First Boston’s Investment Banking division. Prior to the CSFB acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, James held the position of Divisional CIO of the Investment Banking Group at DLJ. During his 13-year tenure he implemented IT solutions that supported IB revenue growth in excess of $2 billion dollars.
James holds an M.S. in Telecommunications and Computing Management from Polytechnic University and a B.S. in Computer Science from St. John’s University.
Mike is focused on growing the firm’s Collaboration and Managed Services offerings as well as providing overall strategy to accommodate the firm’s growth plans around emerging technologies. His ability to be strategic and forward thinking has influenced the company, allowing ATSG to expand its breadth of solutions while becoming more relevant to its customers.
Mike’s career spans over 500 corporate information technology projects, all carried out with a keen focus on improving his clients’ bottom line. He has expertise in emerging technologies, value-based solution selling, and leadership and management of high-growth companies.
Before joining ATSG, he was Vice President of the convergence business unit at Greenwich Technology Partners (GTP), managing GTP’s fastest growing and most profitable business unit. Under Mike’s direction GTP’s convergence business unit was an innovator in the IP Telephony market segment. Prior to GTP Mike was the founder, president & chief executive of Navigator Technologies Inc., an application integration company specializing in Unified Messaging and Call Center technologies, which was sold to Greenwich Technology Partners in April of 2000.
Mike received a business degree from Montclair State University, and began his career selling technology-based solutions to mid-market companies in the Metro New York area. Mike is passionately involved in volunteer work, and currently serves as the Chairman of The Andrew M. Hennessy “Fall Feis”, which supports the Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation (CBTF). Mike is also a founding member of The Madison Basketball Association and the DODGER NATION Fan Club.
Director, Data Center and Cloud Solutions
Scott Mayers joins Axispoint Technology Solutions Group as the Director of Data Center and Cloud Solutions. Scott is experienced in delivering large-scale, enterprise wide Data Center and Cloud solutions to top financial, technology, retail and media firms for over 25 years. He has a particular strength in unifying an enterprise’s technologies to yield robust and comprehensive solutions. Partnering with his customers, Scott starts every engagement with a consultative approach understanding the business challenges and pain points. Scott and his team creates innovative technology solutions, either on a client’s premises or in the cloud, to enhance an organization’s resilience, reliability, scalability, and security.
Prior to joining ATSG, Scott was a Principal at a leading technology consulting firm headquartered in New York City, specializing in building, monitoring and supporting custom technology solutions for organizations. In his 20 years at the firm, he helped to build numerous solution sets include Enterprise Networking, Storage, Systems, Virtualization, Voice, Managed and Cloud Services.
His projects have lead him throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Albany.
Ed has over twenty-five years of experience providing vision and leadership for his clients in a variety of management and technical roles. As Director of Mobile Business Solutions at ATSG, Ed contributes to overall corporate strategy and champions new solution offerings. He has been pivotal in the launch into the Real Estate, Health Care and Carrier markets for ATSG. He continues to stay abreast of new technologies and uncover opportunities for growth and expansion of the company. Ed offers a unique blend of business savvy, advanced engineering skills and strong consultative customer service orientation.
Prior to joining ATSG, Ed was Director of Professional Services at an international technology integrator, providing go-to-market vision on technical architectures and execution. He was also Director of Mobile Business Solutions for an international solutions provider and North American Practice Lead for a global technology solutions integrator. He founded and directed the Advanced Wireless Technologies Program at a National Systems Integrator.
Director of Delivery Services
John is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of all projects, including all business processes that affect the project life cycle. He also specializes in streamlining business operations with the ultimate goal of providing service delivery excellence. This requires him to utilize his highly developed team building skills for internal resources while fostering excellent customer relationships with all ATSG customers. John continues to grow the flexibility and responsiveness of ATSG as a service delivery organization.
Prior, John was Manager of the Project Management Office, and a highly successful Sr. Project Manager responsible for managing the delivery of advanced and emerging technology solutions, across multiple business verticals, for ATSG’s largest and most important customers.
Before joining ATSG, John was Operations Manager for Greenwich Technology Partners’ (GTP) convergence business unit, GTP’s fastest growing and most profitable business unit. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University. He has over fifteen years of experience in the information technology industry and is based in the New York Metro area.
