By replacing single-use products like paper and plastic cutlery with reusable alternatives, we’re making a significant impact. Our recycling program covers glass, plastic, and paper items, ensuring responsible waste management. Committed to environmental compliance, we adhere to NY and Federal laws for safe technology equipment disposal.

Our sustainability initiatives are carried out by a dedicated team of professionals that work directly with our business units to integrate E, S, and G into all areas of our organization. Our dedication to environmental responsibility extends to the following goals:

• Energy Management

• Goal: 50% reduction below a 2009 base year by 2033
• Definition: To reduce greenhouse gases and combat climate change, ATSG has committed to a global, corporate goal of achieving a 50% reduction of energy consumption by 2033. To assist in this effort, ATSG works with our landlord organizations to submeter electricity uses in all spaces exceeding 5,000 square feet. Additionally, our landlords have committed to annually assessing and measuring heir overall carbon emissions in metric tons.
• To be noted: ATSG follows a growth strategy primarily centered around acquisitions, which occasionally leads to temporary bursts of increased activity and energy within the organization. These periods of heightened momentum are subsequently succeeded by periods of consolidation, as we strategically streamline our office space to align with our evolving needs. This cyclical process allows us to effectively manage and optimize our resources while maintaining a dynamic and adaptable approach to growth.

• Waste Management

• Goal: 55% commercial waste diversion by 2033
• Definition: ATSG upholds the responsibility of waste management, not only from the point of disposal, but throughout the entire waste cycle. We have committed to holding our landlords accountable to a rigorous stakeholder engagement process, which includes garbage hauling and office cleaning companies. By collaborating with our landlords, we track their waste diversion metrics and have introduced an organic recycling program. Pursuant of New York City laws, all ATSG employees are required our buildings posted recycling policies.
