Axispoint Technology Solutions Group (ATSG), a New York based technology solutions provider has announced today the acquisition of Quality Technology Solutions, Inc., a New Jersey-based Microsoft Gold and Locally Managed Partner. QTS is a leading technology services company offering technology strategy, implementation and support services across the Microsoft stack, with a strong focus on Office 365, Azure, the Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite and Windows 10 deployments and migrations.

This acquisition will allow ATSG to further enhance its existing service offerings, as well as strengthen their Microsoft services skill set. This will also give ATSG the ability to extend its offerings around Cisco Telephony/Videoconferencing, Advanced and Wireless Networking, Cellular and Private Cloud Datacenter services to the current QTS client base, allowing for more robust technology service offerings all around. With offices in Briarcliff Manor NY, New York City and now Parsippany NJ, ATSG supports customers of all types and sizes to help them leverage technology to create strategic advantage, and to manage their technology platforms to maximize systems uptime and availability.
