Mrs. Paresi is a dynamic senior executive with twenty-five plus years of diverse business experience in the Information Technology, IT Service Management Consulting and IT Outsourcing industries. As Vice President of Client Services at ATSG, Mrs. Paresi leads the company’s customer success initiatives inclusive of leading the Service Delivery Management and Project Management teams.
Mrs. Paresi is a recognized IT transformational leader known for balancing industry technology trends with practical implementation considerations. Her broad executive experience spans multiple industries and aspects of IT Service Delivery from the development, implementation of IT Solutions to aligning delivery to meet client’s unique business IT needs. Most recently, as Vice President of Client
Services at Bell Techlogix, Mrs. Paresi was responsible for Service Delivery Management and the Program Management Office for the company. In this role, she improved overall clients’ satisfaction and retention from quality managed services transition projects through steady state on-going operations delivery.
Prior to Bell Techlogix, Mrs. Paresi directed the service delivery for a major global client at CenturyLink Managed Services transitioning and supporting over 22,000 end users in 9 languages across 2 delivery centers in US and Poland. Previous roles also include leading the development and expansion of ITIL based consulting services at Hewlett Packard in various global and America’s leadership roles. This
included building a world class consulting team with repeatable solutions across people, processes and technology which enabled HP to become a market leader in positioning and delivering cost effective and efficient IT Service Management transformations. Under her guidance HP’s America’s ITSM consulting expanded from a small emerging practice to over $45M per year in revenue.
In other leadership roles, Mrs. Paresi has held positions at CIBER, Kraft Foods and IBM. Mrs. Paresi holds a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from Manhattan College, a BS in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and a BA in Physics from the State University at Oneonta. As an early US adopter of ITIL, Mrs. Paresi obtained a master’s certification.
