Don is a dynamic 25+ year senior executive leader with broad experience driving start-up, high-growth, and large-scale organizations to sustained efficiency and profitability. Don’s leadership experience in Strategic Consulting, Enterprise IT Outsourcing, and Corporate Technology Operations has enabled him to consistently identify and capitalize on opportunities to build revenue, capture market share, and drive operational efficiency.
Don’s recent experience as the EVP for Service Delivery/Operations with a regional MSP, CIO for a Communication Services organization, and SVP for Client Services with a mid-market technology services firm is representative of his cross-functional business experience. Building high-performance teams/organizations, developing business solutions that enable growth, championing client success, and delivering financial results have been the cornerstone focus and theme throughout his career. At ATSG, Don is responsible for driving Sales and Solutions across our services portfolio and building strategic relationships to achieve desired outcomes and solutions for our clients.
Don holds a BA from Central Michigan University.
